What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message or intake details you choose to share. We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build profiles. There are no user accounts on this site.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered to us as email so we can respond to you, schedule consultations, and fulfill orders you request. Because intake forms may include health-related details you volunteer, we treat submissions as confidential, share them with no one outside the practice, and use them for no purpose other than responding to you.
Services we rely on
Form email is delivered via Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose analytics we use in aggregate, cookie-free form — page views and referrers, not identities. Standard server logs (IP address, request time) exist briefly for security and rate limiting.
Retention and your choices
Correspondence is kept as long as needed to serve you and meet our obligations. Ask us to delete your correspondence at any time via the contact form and we will, except where a record of a transaction must be retained.
